If there is any issue with your order — damaged item, wrong product, printing defect — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will resolve it. No hassle, no runaround.

Our Policy

Because every Face of the Nation product is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. However, we stand fully behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.

What We Cover

Item arrived damaged or broken

Printing defect (blurry, misaligned, or missing design)

Wrong item or wrong variant shipped

Item lost in transit (no delivery after 20 business days)

What We Do Not Cover

Change of mind or buyer's remorse

Incorrect size or color selected at checkout

Damage caused after delivery (washing, wear, misuse)

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

How to Request a Resolution

To report an issue with your order, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include the following in your message:

1.Your order number or the email address used at checkout
2.A brief description of the issue
3.A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days. Once your claim is reviewed, we will either ship a replacement at no cost or process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (processed through Stripe). Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Cancellations

Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible if requested within 2 hours of purchase and before the order has entered production. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [email protected].
