How Shipping Works

Face of the Nation products are printed and fulfilled on demand through Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner. This means every item is custom-made for you after your order is placed — we do not hold inventory. Because of this, please allow a short production window before your order ships.

Production Time

After your payment is confirmed, your order enters production. Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods (holidays, new product launches) production may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, domestic US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier used. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Free Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of every item — there are no additional shipping charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided during checkout. This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

International Orders

International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.

We ship worldwide through Printify's global fulfillment network. International orders are fulfilled from the nearest available production facility to reduce transit time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or if your package appears lost, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with Printify to resolve the issue promptly.
